校企合作在高职营销与策划专业人才培养过程中有着拓展专业教育资源、提高学生市场适应能力、促进学生就业的重要意义;高职营销与策划专业在开展校企合作的过程中存在学院管理制度约束、企业接洽困难、与企业目标不统一和家长学生不理解等诸多问题;建议从提高认识、争取政府支持、实现与企业目标一体化、做好校企合作的管理和多途径寻找合作方式五方面入手,进一步完善校企合作模式。
School-enterprise cooperation has important significance in expanding the professional education resources, improving students’ market adaptability, and promoting the employment of students in the marketing and planning of professional talents in higher vocational schools; the marketing and planning specialty of higher vocational colleges exist in the process of school-enterprise cooperation. Institutional constraints, difficulties in corporate contacts, inconsistency with corporate goals, and parents and students do not understand, and many other issues; it is recommended to raise awareness, fight for government support, achieve integration with corporate goals, manage school-enterprise cooperation, and find ways to collaborate. Five aspects to start, to further improve school-enterprise cooperation model.
