本文报道４０例超声引导自动活检技术在肝脏弥漫性和局限性病变诊断中应用的成功经验。结果表明，肝脏取材成功率很高（１００％），全部病例皆可作出满意的组织学诊断，而且十分安全。作者认为，这种新的活检技术对于肝脏弥漫性或局限性病变的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要意义，值得加以推广使用。
This article reports 40 cases of ultrasound-guided automated biopsy techniques in the diagnosis of diffuse and localized liver lesions in the successful experience. The results showed that the success rate of liver harvesting was high (100%), and satisfactory histological diagnosis was made in all cases and was very safe. The authors believe that this new biopsy technology for the diagnosis of diffuse or localized liver disease and differential diagnosis of great significance, it is worth to promote the use.
