诚然,新世纪以来西方戏剧的“二次西潮”带给话剧界不小的震动,但也不能忽视它对当下戏曲创作的影响。近年实验戏曲大行其道,形式上令人目不暇接、层出不穷的花样翻新就与后现代主义思潮、后现代主义戏剧有关。仅仅去年,第二届北京当代小剧场戏曲艺术节就上演了12部大戏,荟集豫剧、京剧、昆曲等诸多剧种;上海小剧场戏曲节则集中了昆剧《夫的人》、京剧《十两金》等一批带有先锋实验性质的剧目;实验豫剧《朱丽小姐》则亮相于南锣鼓巷戏剧
