目前,铁路车站安全管理主要侧重两个方面:一是依靠行政强制力来贯彻安全生产各项规章制度;二是集中人力物力,不断提高各项设备的现代化程度与可靠性。在铁路安全管理的实践过程中,我们较多的强调了设备、环境、管理等的因素,恰恰把人——机——环境理论中最基本的人的因素有所忽视。以上海铁路局南星桥站为研究对象,从人本管理的角度提出了几点铁路中间站安全管理的建议措施。 At present, the railway station safety management mainly focuses on two aspects: First, rely on administrative coercion to implement the rules and regulations of work safety; second is to focus on manpower and resources, and continuously improve the modernization of the equipment and reliability. During the practice of railway safety management, we emphasize the factors of equipment, environment and management more and ignore the most basic human factors in human-machine-environment theory. Taking Shanghai Nanxingqiao Railway Station of Shanghai Railway Administration as a research object, some measures for safety management of railway intermediate stations are put forward from the perspective of humanistic management.
