十八届三中全会提出要构建开放型经济新体制,必须推动对内对外开放相互促进、引进来和走出去更好结合,促进国际国内要素有序自由流动、资源高效配置、市场深度融合。结合自己多年从事农业国际合作工作实践,以及自己所学、所见、所闻,我谈谈自己对农业走出去的一些粗浅认识和体会。 At the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, we proposed that a new system of open economy should be built to promote mutual opening up to the outside world, introduce and come in better combination with each other, promote orderly and free flow of domestic and international resources, allocate resources efficiently, and integrate markets in depth. Combined with my years of practice in international agricultural cooperation in agriculture, as well as what I have learned, seen and heard, I will talk about some superficial understanding and experience I have of going out to agriculture.
