近年来,随着我国综合国力不断提升,经济水平不断提高,跨国公司的数量渐渐增多,规模也不断扩大,如何保证公司资金合理运转,提高资金的利用率,从而保证企业的利益不受损害已成为跨国公司关注的焦点,外汇资金集中管理在一定程度上符合了跨国公司的运行模式,可以在不损害企业利益的基础上最大限度地提高企业资金利用率,在目前成为跨国公司普遍应用的管理模式。
