初步研究了棉铃虫性信息干扰素 (AB—ROPEL)田间试验效果 ,结果分析表明 :AB—ROPEL对棉铃虫成虫的干扰效果显著 ,达 99 7%以上 ;棉田害虫天敌数量增加 37% ;棉株蕾铃被害率下降了 1 0 2 %～ 62 7% ;化防次数减少 6次 ;综合防治成本降低 2 0 1 % ;经济效益和生态效益明显
