随着住房公积金规模的不断扩大,住房公积金运作中的风险管理日显重要。本文论述了防范住房公积金风险应坚持的“三项原则”和严把住房公积金使用过程中贷款发放、支取、国债购买三个环节,提出加强内部控制制度建设,充分发挥监督主体作用,以此保障住房公积金的安全运作,切实维护住房公积金所有者的切身利益。
