渤海LD10-1油田的聚合物驱规模不断扩大,采出污水中所含的聚合物影响了水处理设备的过滤效果,使处理后的水质达不到回注要求。为了改进工艺,在多功能连续水处理试验装置上进行试验,分析滤料材质及粒径、滤料层高度和填充方式对污水处理设备的过滤性能的影响。结果表明:采用粒径为1.6~2.0mm的核桃壳滤料,或者选择相同粒径的无烟煤和核桃壳按1:1数量分别填充;滤层与石英砂垫层的填充高度比例为(4~5):1。过滤后水中的油含量、固体颗粒含量及粒径中值等主要指标达到注水水质要求。
The scale of polymer flooding in the Bohai Sea LD10-1 oilfield has been continuously expanding. The polymer contained in the sewage collected affects the filtering effect of the water treatment equipment, and the treated water quality can not reach the requirement of reinjection. In order to improve the process, experiments were carried out on a multi-functional continuous water treatment test device to analyze the influence of the material and particle size of the filter media, the height of the filter media layer and the filling mode on the filtration performance of the sewage treatment equipment. The results showed that the filling ratio of filter layer and quartz sand cushion was (4 ~ 5): 1. After filtering the water content of oil, the content of solid particles and the median diameter and other major indicators of water quality requirements.
