太原电解铝厂,自1982年以来,坚持改革,四年迈了四大步。企业取得了可喜的成绩。特别是推行厂长负责制以来,较好地处理了党政工三者关系,真正做到了三加强,职工精神面貌发生了较大的变化。山西省副省长王茂林,最近带领调查组听取了该厂和车间两级领导同志的汇报,召开了不同类型的专题座谈会,写成了调查报告并附有几个单行材料(本刊作了一些删节),从不同的侧面,系统地介绍了他们的经验,值得一读。各方面的工作,都做得好的企业,各行各业,各个地区都有。本刊从本期起将开辟“成组经验”栏目,成组介绍一个企业的经验,欢迎各级领导同志推荐。
Taiyuan electrolytic aluminum plant, since 1982, insisted on reforms, four steps in four years. The company has made gratifying achievements. In particular, since the implementation of the director responsibility system, the relationship between the party, the government, and the workers has been well handled, and it has been truly strengthened and the workers’ mental outlook has undergone major changes. Wang Maolin, deputy governor of Shanxi Province, recently led the investigation team to listen to reports from leading comrades of the factory and workshop, held different types of special symposiums, wrote investigation reports and attached several single-line materials (this publication has made some Abridged), from different aspects, systematically introduced their experience and is worth reading. All aspects of the work are done well by the companies, all walks of life, and all regions. From this issue, the journal will open up the “Group Experience” column and introduce the experience of a company in groups. The leaders at all levels are welcome to recommend it.
