近日,北京知識產權法院判决了一起“U盾”專利侵權官司,北京握奇數據系統有限公司一審勝訴。被告恒竇公司被判賠償握奇公司經濟損失4900萬元、律師費100萬元。此案是北京知識產權法院建院以來作出的最高賠償判决,同時首次確認了三項律師費賠償審查原則。原、被告公司都是生產“U盾”的企業。2015年2月26日,握奇公司訴稱,恒寶公司製造並向全國幾十家銀行銷售的多款“U盾”產品以及使用該產品進行網上銀行轉賬交易 Recently, the Beijing Intellectual Property Court ruled a “U Shield ” patent infringement lawsuit, Beijing Data Systems Limited won the first instance win.
