通过对烧结焊剂SJ101与熔炼焊剂HJ431及烧结焊剂SJ601与熔炼焊剂HJ260分别进行埋弧焊工艺试验和分析,以及烧结焊剂SJ101和SJ601在锅炉、压力容器制造中的应用。试验结果与应用实践证明:用烧结焊剂代替相应熔炼焊剂完全能满足产品焊接品质要求,且烧结焊剂具有焊缝力学性能高、焊接工艺性能好、焊剂堆积密度小、消耗量低等特点。这些对正确使用烧结焊剂提供了科学依据,具有一定的参考、借鉴作用。
Through the experiment and analysis of the sintered flux SJ101 and smelting flux HJ431 and the sintered flux SJ601 and smelting flux HJ260 respectively, and the application of sintered flux SJ101 and SJ601 in the manufacture of boilers and pressure vessels. The test results and application practice prove that the sintered flux can completely meet the welding quality requirements instead of the corresponding smelting flux, and the sintered flux has the characteristics of high mechanical properties, good welding process performance, small flux density and low consumption. These provide a scientific basis for the proper use of sintered flux, with some reference and reference.
