现代企业制度对职工教育的影响是通过现代企业劳动人事制度进行的。劳动力竞争公开化是现代企业劳动人事制度的核心。现代企业制度下,传统计划经济体制给人个性上的束缚得到很大程度的解除,生产力得到了解放。劳动人事制度的变革使个性发展成为可能,迫切需要依据个性特征组合设计好每个人的职业发展道路,使职业技能适应个性而得到充分开发。现代职工教育的目标是培养“用那种把不同社会职能当作互相交替的活动方式的全面发展的个人,来代替只是承担一种社会局部职能的局部个人”(马克思语)。个人的全面发展是个性充分发展的目标,个性充分发展是全面发展的基础,现代职工教育的重要职能就是促进个性充分发展。 一、职业设计——个性发展的前提条件
The impact of modern enterprise system on staff education is carried out through the modern enterprise’s labor and personnel system.
