为了精确控制电控单体泵的喷油过程,结合嘴端压力变化规律,对影响喷射过程的电磁阀响应时间、喷油器开启压力等进行了分析。以此为基础建立了喷射控制时序,并分析了喷射过程中各个时间量与角度量之间的关系。采用相邻循环法与自适应参数调整相结合的方法对喷射区间的曲轴瞬时转速进行了预估,完成了喷射控制中的时间/角度转换。整机试验表明,所设计的喷射控制算法能很好地满足精确喷油控制的要求。
In order to precisely control the fuel injection process of the electronically controlled monomer pump, the response time of the solenoid valve and the cracking pressure of the injector are analyzed in combination with the variation of pressure at the tip of the nozzle. Based on this, the injection control sequence was established, and the relationship between the amount of time and the amount of angle in the injection process was analyzed. The method of adjacent cycle method and adaptive parameter adjustment was used to predict the instantaneous rotating speed of the crankshaft in the injection interval and complete the time / angle conversion in the injection control. The whole machine test shows that the designed injection control algorithm can well meet the requirements of precise injection control.
