本文讨论用离子镀方法在铝青铜基材上沉积不同厚度的单层或多层复合膜,用以修 复磨损失效的精密铝青铜零件,并起到强化铝青铜表面的作用,经不同磨损条件下实验 证明,经离子镀膜后表面膜层具有良好的耐磨性,比原始材料在相同摩擦条件下可提高 耐磨性约2倍以上,分析了磨损的机理,为有色金属的表面强化提供参考数据。
