对1976~1987年12年间山东省2072例感染性多发性神经炎的流行病学调查发现,本症有高发年与低发年。患儿血中细胞免疫功能低下,IgG正常,IgA降低,IgM、IgD升高。86例中脑脊液IgG升高占1/3,IgA、IgM、IgD均正常。对73例患儿作脑脊液、血、病毒分离,仅1例血中分离出ECHO病毒。发病早期脑脊液中抗病毒抗体阳性31/45例,占68.9%。脑脊液中寡克隆区带54/75例阳性,占72%。血中抗神经抗体81/197例阳性,占44.1%本文资料表明,本症并非病毒感染直接引起,而是感染后自身免疫性疾病。
Epidemiological survey of 2072 cases of infectious polyneuritis in Shandong Province during the 12 years from 1976 to 1987 found that the disease had high incidence and low incidence. Cellular immune function in children with low blood, normal IgG, IgA decreased, IgM, IgD increased. 86 cases of cerebrospinal fluid IgG increased 1/3, IgA, IgM, IgD were normal. Seventy-three children underwent cerebrospinal fluid, blood and virus isolation, and only one case of ECHO virus was isolated from the blood. Early onset of cerebrospinal fluid anti-virus antibody positive 31/45 cases, accounting for 68.9%. Cerebrospinal fluid oligoclonal band 54/75 positive, accounting for 72%. Blood anti-neural antibodies in 81/197 cases were positive, accounting for 44.1% The data show that this disease is not caused by a viral infection directly, but after the autoimmune disease infection.
