我国1985年发布实施的乳制品行业标准中某些指标,现已不适应当前企业的生产情况,全国乳品标准化中心(以下简称中心)经过两年多时间,搜集了全国9个不同地区的生乳及部分成品检测数据,参考国际食品法典委员会(CAC)、国际乳品联合会(IDF)以及日本、美国等先进国家的标准,对原标准进行了修订。中心本着结合我国实际情况,尽量采用国际标准,对原标准的格式、产品的理化及卫生指标、产品的标签及保质期进行了修订。所修订的项目有《消毒牛奶》、《酸牛乳》、《全脂乳粉》、《脱脂乳粉》、
Some indicators in the dairy industry standards issued by China in 1985 are no longer suitable for the current production situation of the enterprises. The National Dairy Standardization Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) has collected raw milk in 9 different regions of the country after more than two years. For some of the finished product test data, the original standards were revised with reference to the standards of the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC), the International Dairy Federation (IDF) and advanced countries such as Japan and the United States. In line with the actual situation in China, the Center has adopted international standards as far as possible to revise the format of the original standard, the physics and chemistry of products, and the labeling and shelf life of products.
