新课程理念告诉我们,课堂教学是一个动态生成的过程。《英语课程标准》指出:“课堂教学不应当是一个封闭系统,也不应当拘泥于预先设定的固定不变的程序,预设的目标在实施过程中需要开放地纳入直接经验、弹性灵活的成分以及始料未及的体验,要鼓励师生互动中的即兴创造,超越目标预定的要求。”在初中英语课堂教学中,经常会出现与教师的教学预设以外的情况,这就是英语课堂上的动态生成。课堂上的动态生成一方面会打乱教师预设的教学流程,给教学带来一定的干扰,但另一方面却给精彩课堂的演绎提供了契机。教学中,教师要善于根据课堂上的动态生成进行因势利导,这样才能让课堂别有洞天,精彩纷呈,让课堂焕发生命与活力。
