兰郑长成品油管道庆咸支线投产后,首末站采用超声波流量计测量数据进行管容计算,得到的柴油和汽油的测量结果与实际管容存在较大的误差。从超声波流量计的测量原理入手,分析发现影响测量准确性的主要因素是雷诺数,其主要由油品的性质、温度以及油品流速决定,由此计算获得在相同测量条件下,柴油、汽油理论测量误差范围约为5%~6%,与实际运行测量误差相近,从理论上解释了产生测量偏差的原因。结合庆咸支线超声波流量计实测数据,提出了解决测量误差的方案,提高了油品批次界面跟踪预测的准确性。
