通过对花棒不同年龄根际土壤微生物和土壤酶活性研究结果表明,不同林龄和不同季节土壤微生物的种类组成有明显的差异,采用平板涂布法从花棒根际土壤分离并鉴定细菌44属,真菌24属,放线菌19属;细菌数量在花棒林内占绝对优势,放线菌次之,真菌的数量最少;土壤微生物有明显的季节分布规律;花棒人工林的土壤微生物总量的根际效应春、夏、秋分别为1.13、1.08、1.87。不同林龄的土壤微生物和土壤酶活性均存在差异,土壤微生物的数量和酶活性随着取样深度的增加均表现为逐渐降低。土壤细菌与脲酶和碱性磷酸酶活性呈显著或极显著正相关,3种土壤酶活性间的相关性均达显著水平。
The results of soil microbial activities and soil enzyme activities at different ages showed that the species composition of soil microorganisms differed significantly in different ages and seasons.
