简要介绍了十字节点平面外抗弯时的变形机理以及刚度定义,应用大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS对圆管十字相贯节点进行了非线性有限元分析.分别对主管径厚比、支管径厚比和支管与主管的直径比进行单参数分析,研究各自对十字节点平面外抗弯刚度的影响,并综合所有计算结果回归拟合出刚度计算公式.对支管承受压弯作用的十字节点计算分析表明,对于直径比大的节点,压弯作用下较大的轴力会对节点的刚度产生很大的削弱作用.得出了一些有用的结论,对工程应用具有一定的指导意义.
This paper briefly introduces the deformation mechanism and stiffness definition of out-of-plane flexural moment of cross-joints, and uses the large-scale general finite element software ABAQUS to conduct nonlinear finite element analysis of the cross-joints of circular tubes. And the diameter ratio of the branch to the supervisor were studied by single parameter analysis to study the influence of each on the out-of-plane flexural rigidity of the cross-point, and the regression formula of all the calculated results was fitted to calculate the stiffness. It is shown that for large diameter nodes, the larger axial force under bending will greatly weaken the node stiffness, and some useful conclusions are obtained, which is of guiding significance for engineering application.
