随着我国社会经济和科学技术不断发展,我国社会主义经济体制也在不断的发展和完善。我国政务行政也逐渐从管理型向公共服务方向转变。通过政务服务中心,人民群众办理事务减少了很多的流程,也极大的提高了政府办事效率和水平。但是在实际管理中,政务服务中心还是存在着一些问题,这一问题主要体现在人力资源管理上,严重影响了正常工作的开展。基于此,对政务服务中心人力资源管理问题进行分析和探讨。
With the continuous development of social economy and science and technology in our country, the socialist economic system in our country is also constantly developing and improving. China’s government administration has also gradually changed from a management type to a public service. Through the government service center, people’s affairs have reduced the number of procedures and greatly enhanced the efficiency and level of government service. However, in the actual management, there are still some problems in the administrative service center, which is mainly reflected in the human resources management, which seriously affects the normal work. Based on this, the government service center human resource management issues are analyzed and discussed.
