过去的20余年间,人类长寿及衰老领域的研究层出不穷,成为生命科学研究领域的一大热点。表观遗传学的研究在衰老领域更是从未间断,这是一个复杂的调控网络。该文从DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、染色质重塑、非编码RNA调控等多方面阐释表观遗传学机制在衰老发生及发展过程中的调控,以期为将来衰老机制及抗衰老研究提供更全面的基础理论依据。
Over the past 20 years, there have been many studies in the field of human longevity and aging, becoming a hot topic in the field of life science research. Epigenetics in the field of aging is never stopped, this is a complex regulatory network. This article explains the epigenetic mechanism of epigenetic regulation from the aspects of DNA methylation, histone modification, chromatin remodeling and non-coding RNA regulation in the process of senescence and development so as to provide the future mechanism of aging and anti-aging research A more comprehensive basis for the theory.
