健美操运动队训练作为学校课余训练中的一个项目,它的开展不仅受到广大学生的喜爱,而且有利于全面发展学生的身体素质。本文以普通高校健美操运动队的训练为切入点,探讨运动队的系统性训练方法,主要从普通高校健美操运动员的选材、身体形态和训练年限现状分析,探讨两个方面的内容:一方面是健美操运动队系统性训练的前期准备工作;第二个方面是健美操运动队系统性训练的过程与实施策略。通过探讨分析得出健美操系统化训练的方法。目的是促进健美操运动大众化的普及与专业技术水平的提高,进一步丰富校园体育文化生活为目的。
Aerobics training as a project in school after-school training, its development not only by the majority of students love, but also conducive to the full development of students’ physical fitness.
