介绍了水镁石纤维水泥混凝土路面在小康高速公路建设中的应用情况及技术问题。通过工作性和力学性能测试,以及电子探针和扫描电镜分析,研究了纤维种类及应用方法对混凝土性能及结构的影响。研究结果表明,水镁石纤维对水泥混凝土路面有一定止裂作用。与钢纤维混凝土相比,水镁石纤维混凝土拌和物的流动性较大,抗弯拉强度有一定提高,材料成本大幅度降低。水镁石纤维湿法添加工艺优于干法添加工艺。采用湿法工艺可减少水泥及纤维用量,降低材料成本,同时有利于纤维在混凝土中的分散及对混凝土增韧作用的发挥,提高混凝土的流动性及抗弯拉强度。
The application and technical problems of brucite fiber cement concrete pavement construction in well-to-do expressway construction are introduced. Through the test of workability and mechanical properties, as well as the analysis of electron probe and SEM, the influence of fiber types and application methods on the properties and structure of concrete was studied. The results show that brucite fibers have certain anti-cracking effect on the cement concrete pavement. Compared with steel fiber concrete, brucite fiber concrete mixture of greater mobility, bending strength has a certain increase, material costs significantly reduced. Magnesite fiber wet process is better than dry process. The use of wet process can reduce the amount of cement and fiber, reduce material costs, at the same time is conducive to the dispersion of fibers in concrete and toughening of concrete play to improve the mobility of concrete and flexural strength.
