本文叙述了分子振动光谱法 (傅立叶变换拉曼光谱技术和傅立叶变换红外光谱技术 )的最新发展与中药的无损定性鉴别、定量分析、热稳定性监控及中药优化的最新应用。报道了利用傅立叶变换拉曼光谱技术 (FT Raman)和漫反射傅立叶变换红外光谱技术 (DR FTIR)可以直接快速地鉴别生药材 ;利用漫反射傅立叶变换近红外光谱技术 (DR NIR)可以无损定量分析中药材、中成药和方剂的组分含量 ;利用FT Raman和HATR FTIR技术可望动态跟踪中药材、中成药和方剂与受体细胞、细菌的作用机制 ,以受体细胞、细菌的损伤程度来选择最佳药材或优化中药复方 ;利用FT Raman和变温FTIR可以动态跟踪药材的变质过程。这是分子振动光谱技术在中药研究应用中的新的突破。这些方法的建立对快速鉴别药材的类别、监控药材的质量、药材稳定性的预测、中药材、中成药和方剂的优化都起到较直接的指导作用。这些研究方法的特点是 :无损、快速、准确、操作简便。
This paper describes the latest developments of molecular vibration spectroscopy (Fourier transform Raman spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy) and the latest non-destructive qualitative identification, quantitative analysis, thermal stability monitoring, and optimization of traditional Chinese medicine. It is reported that Fourier transform Raman spectroscopy (FT Raman) and diffuse reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (DR FTIR) can be used to identify raw herbs directly and rapidly. Diffuse reflectance Fourier transform near infrared spectroscopy (DR NIR) can be used for nondestructive quantitative analysis. The components of Chinese herbal medicines, Chinese patent medicines, and prescriptions; the use of FT Raman and HATR FTIR technology is expected to dynamically track the mechanism of action of Chinese herbal medicines, proprietary Chinese medicines, and formulae with recipient cells and bacteria, with the degree of damage to recipient cells and bacteria. Select the best herbs or optimize the Chinese herbal compound; use FT Raman and variable temperature FTIR to track the metamorphic process of herbs. This is a new breakthrough in the application of molecular vibration spectroscopy in the research and application of traditional Chinese medicine. The establishment of these methods has played a direct role in quickly identifying the types of medicinal materials, monitoring the quality of medicinal materials, predicting the stability of medicinal materials, optimizing the Chinese medicinal materials, Chinese patent medicines, and formulas. The characteristics of these research methods are: non-destructive, fast, accurate, and easy to operate.
