目的探讨“院中校”办学模式在高职护生核心能力培养中的应用效果。方法随机选择我院在校生为对照组和实验组,在第三学期初及开展“院中校”办学模式一学期后(第三学期末),分别对入选的188名学生进行核心能力测定,比较两组护生的核心能力。结果第三学期末两组护生核心能力均高于第三学期初,差异有显著性;第三学期末实验组护生核心能力得分高于对照组,差异有显著性。结论在开展一学期的专业课程教学后,护生的核心能力均有所提高;“院中校”办学模式可有效提高教学效果,提升高职护生护理核心能力。
Objective To explore the application effects of the mode of “school of lieutenant colonel” in cultivating the core competencies of nursing students in higher vocational schools. Methods The students in our hospital were randomly selected as the control group and the experimental group. At the beginning of the third semester and one semester of running the school “School mode” (the end of the third semester), 188 students were enrolled in the core competency Determination, comparison of the core competence of two groups of nursing students. Results At the end of the third semester, core competence of nursing students in both groups was higher than that of the third semester, and the difference was significant. In the third semester, the score of core competence of nursing students in experimental group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was significant. Conclusions The core competence of nursing students has been improved after the first-semester specialized courses are taught. The mode of “middle school” can improve the teaching effect and improve the core competence of nursing students in higher vocational schools.
