多屏绝热是一种兼有辐射屏与传导屏优点的超绝热结构。在高真空条件下,采用约为10屏至20屏的多屏绝热就能满足小型液氢、液氦的贮存要求。对多个铝箔屏的50立升低温容器进行了液氢和液氦试验,测定了屏与颈管的温度分布,对屏温的分布规律和多屏绝热的效率估算进行了初步的探讨。与其它带传导屏的超绝热结构比较,多屏绝热的容器具有效率高、重量轻、予冷时间短、成本低廉等优点。
Multi-screen insulation is a combination of the advantages of radiation screen and conductive screen insulation structure. In high vacuum conditions, the use of multi-screen insulation of about 10 screen to 20 screen to meet the small liquid hydrogen, liquid helium storage requirements. Hydrogen and liquid helium tests were carried out on a 50-liter cryogenic container with multiple aluminum foil screens. The temperature distribution of the screen and the neck was measured. The distribution of the screen temperature and the efficiency estimation of multi-screen thermal insulation were also discussed. Compared with other super-adiabatic structures with conductive screens, multi-screen insulated containers have the advantages of high efficiency, light weight, short pre-cooling time and low cost.
