在中国经济迅速发展的同时对人才的数量在不断增涨,不过人才的数量是可遇而不可求的。目前各企业人力资源部门眼下需要分析决绝的问题是用怎样的措施来吸引人才的到来,如何挖掘现有人才的能力。本文将分析各企业人力资源管理中说涉及到的相关问题进行分析,其因素主要由薪资不合理,就业太随意,相关配置不恰当,对培训工作太敷衍等等,根据实际经验对现代企业进行分析研究,其需建立健全一个相对完整的体系,可以根据个人的心理活动及特点进行分析。人力资源方面的灵活性和鼓励性是需要科用柯科学合理的观念对其目标进行充分引导,比如,加大人力资源的管理力度就能够是经济利润得到有效的提高。本文就当前的企业比较容易出现的问题进行分析其原因、解决措施,希望各企业管理人员参考和提出建议。
