改革开放以来,我国的经济发生了重大变化,民营经济已成为拉动国民经济发展的重要力量。但是,目前还有一些因素阻碍民营企业的发展,其中比较突出的是融资问题。不解决这个问题,企业就很难得到长足健康的发展,这势必会影响民营经济的整体发展水平。本文立足民营上市公司,以研究其融资效率为目标,对其融资问题进行相关分析。 Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has undergone major changes, and the private economy has become an important force that drives the development of the national economy. However, there are still some factors that hinder the development of private-owned enterprises. The most prominent one is the financing issue. If this problem is not solved, it will be very difficult for enterprises to achieve healthy and sound development. This will surely affect the overall level of development of the private economy. Based on private listed companies, this paper aims to study its financing efficiency and analyzes the financing problems.
