通过将正弦函数进行适当的变换,并将变换后的函数作为非圆齿轮副的转角关系,生成了一种新型的具有封闭、全凸、光滑性质的非圆齿轮副——正弦型非圆齿轮副。讨论了这种新型齿轮副的特征参数确定方法,节曲线的设计,传动比关系,以及节曲线周长计算方法。在此基础上,对正弦齿轮的变阶与变性形式的生成机理与设计方法进行了研究,得到了相应齿轮副的设计结果。通过在插秧机分插机构中的应用表明,该非圆齿轮副形式具有较高的理论与实际研究价值。
By properly transforming the sine function and using the transformed function as the rotation angle of the noncircular gear pair, a new type of noncircular gear pair with closed, convex and smooth properties, sinusoidal noncircular gear vice. The method of determining the characteristic parameters, the design of pitch curve, the ratio of transmission ratio and the method of calculating the circumference of pitch curve are discussed. On this basis, the generation mechanism and design method of the variable order and degeneration of sine gear are studied, and the design results of corresponding gear pair are obtained. The application of transplanting mechanism shows that the non-circular gear pair has high theoretical and practical value.
