目的:检测慢性牙周炎患者牙周基础治疗前及治疗后不同时期龈沟液中角质细胞生长因子(keratinocytegrowth factor,KGF)-1的质量浓度,探讨KGF-1与牙周炎的关系及其在牙周炎发病机理、病情进展方面的作用。方法:用滤纸条浸润法采集牙周健康者和慢性牙周炎患者治疗前后不同时期的龈沟液样本,用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测样本中KGF-1的质量浓度。结果:慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液中KGF-1的质量浓度高于健康对照组(P<0.05),牙周基础治疗后第4、6、8周复查,KGF-1的质量浓度低于治疗前,且治疗后不同时期的复查结果与治疗前相比,均有统计学意义(P<0.05),KGF-1的质量浓度与牙周探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)存在正相关。结论:龈沟液中KGF-1水平与牙周炎症密切相关,KGF-1可作为反映牙周状态的客观指标。
Objective: To detect the concentration of keratinocyte growth factor (KGF) -1 in gingival crevicular fluid of patients with chronic periodontitis before and after periodontal treatment and to explore the relationship between KGF-1 and periodontitis In the pathogenesis of periodontitis, the role of disease progression. Methods: Gingival crevicular fluid samples of periodontal healthy persons and patients with chronic periodontitis were collected by filter paper infiltration method. The concentration of KGF-1 in the samples was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The concentration of KGF-1 in gingival crevicular fluid of patients with chronic periodontitis was higher than that of healthy controls (P <0.05). After 4, 6 and 8 weeks of periodontal treatment, the concentration of KGF-1 was lower than Before treatment, the results of reexamination at different time points after treatment were statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between KGF-1 concentration and periodontal exploration depth (PD), attachment loss (AL) Suprapal hemorrhage index (SBI) is positively correlated. Conclusion: The level of KGF-1 in gingival crevicular fluid is closely related to periodontal inflammation. KGF-1 can be used as an objective indicator of periodontal status.
