随着社会的发展,人们对教育事业更加的重视。目前,中等职业教育在全国范围内蓬勃发展,中职学生规模也在逐渐扩充,就中职学生普遍面临的心理及思想的复杂多样性,无疑是广大中职教职人员的一大难题。本文采用数字分析法和列举法,针对一体化教学对中职教师的能力要求这一问题,展开探讨。从一体化教学的解析,其对教师的能力要求和提升教职人员能力的方法等方面展开论述,供其他教职人员参考借鉴。
With the development of society, people pay more attention to education. At present, the secondary vocational education is flourishing nationwide and the size of secondary vocational students is also gradually expanding. It is undoubtedly a major problem for the majority of secondary vocational and technical personnel on the complex diversity of psychology and thinking generally faced by secondary vocational students. In this paper, the use of numerical analysis and enumeration method, the integration of teaching for secondary vocational teachers ability to ask this question, to explore. From the analysis of integrated teaching, its ability to ask teachers and enhance the ability of faculty and other aspects of the discussion for other faculty reference.
