今年5月中旬以来,吴江市北厍至松陵线上的38辆中巴车自发组织起来,成立了北厍线联合经营车队。实行车辆自我管理、统一调度,整条线28公里路段上的中巴车经过一个多月的营运,在社会上引起了一定的反响:乘客普遍感到了方便、舒适、快捷,表示欢迎;个别专业运输企业认为此举不妥,在票价上存在压价和站外随意拉客等非法竞争及擅自组织,曾打报告给管理部门要求取缔。对于这样的经营方式究竟孰是孰非,我们于6月下旬去吴江作了实地调查。
Since mid-May this year, 38 CMB buses from Beibei to Songling in Wujiang City have spontaneously organized themselves to form a joint fleet of Belem lines. For this business model what is right or wrong, we went to Wujiang in late June to conduct a field survey.
