为探究沥青混合料中盐化物的溶析特性及对集料剥落性能的影响机理,采用等体积置换法分别研究了AC-13和SMA-13沥青混合料掺入盐化物后路用性能。研究结果表明:盐化物的掺入会造成原有沥青混合料中自由沥青增多,导致混合料空隙率下降、马歇尔稳定度减小、流值增大及抗车辙能力变弱等;在等容积的盐化物掺量条件下,盐化物改变了混合料的沥青膜抗剥落能力;AFAC的盐分析出不光与混合料的空隙率有关,还受空隙率内部结构影响。相同沥青混合料级配类型条件下,空隙率越大,盐分析出能力越强。内部空隙连通的沥青混合料盐分析出能力优于内部封闭的混合料。
In order to explore the elution characteristics of salt compounds in asphalt mixture and the mechanism of its impact on aggregate spalling performance, the road performance of AC-13 and SMA-13 bituminous mixture after salt mixture was investigated by the same volume displacement method. The results show that the incorporation of salt compounds will lead to the increase of free bitumen in the original asphalt mixture, resulting in the decrease of void content, Marshall stability, flow value and resistance to rutting. Under the condition of salt content, the salt compounds changed the anti-spalling ability of asphalt mixture of the mixture; the salt analysis of AFAC was not only related to the void content of the mixture but also affected by the internal structure of the voidage. The same asphalt mixture gradation type conditions, the greater the porosity, the stronger the ability of the salt analysis. Asphalt mixture with internal voids communicates better than the internally closed mix.
