目的:研究根据不同的患者,不同的牙列情况,建立基于螺旋CT扫描图像的上颌牙列的三维重建模型和三维有限元模型,为上颌牙列的正畸矫治提供一定的理论指导。方法:选择男女两名自愿者作为建模素材,通过螺旋CT扫描技术得到头部二维CT图像,应用三维影像技术取出含上颌牙列部分图像,对截取图像重建三维模型,最后在ANSYS中建立上颌牙列的三维有限元模型。结果:获得了细致逼真的上颌牙列三维重建影像和三维有限元模型。结论:综合运用CT扫描、三维建模等技术可以获得不同个体的上颌牙列三维有限元模型,为临床上颌牙列的正畸矫治提供一定的理论依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a three-dimensional reconstruction model and a three-dimensional finite element model of the maxillary dentition based on different CT images of patients with different dentition, and to provide some theoretical guidance for orthodontic treatment of maxillary dentition. METHODS: Two volunteers, male and female, were selected as modeling materials. Two-dimensional CT images of the head were obtained by spiral CT scanning. Three-dimensional images were used to extract the partial images of the maxillary dentition. The three-dimensional model was reconstructed from the images. Finally, ANSYS was established Three dimensional finite element model of maxillary dentition. Results: A detailed and realistic 3D reconstruction of the maxillary dentition and three-dimensional finite element model were obtained. Conclusion: The three-dimensional finite element model of maxillary dentition of different individuals can be obtained by comprehensively using techniques such as CT scanning and 3D modeling to provide a theoretical basis for clinical orthodontic treatment of maxillary dentition.
