本文基于工作经验,分析了当前血液中心成本核算和管理的现状,提出了加强血液中心成本核算和管理的重要性,并着重介绍了提高职工的成本费用意识和成本费用控制管理的积极性、制定出具体的血液中心成本费用控制的内容和标准、建立完整有效的成本核算体系和管理体系三种解决方案及具体运用。希望给相关人员一些启发和思考,加强在这一方面的探索与研究,解决我国血液中心成本管理面临的问题。
Based on working experience, this paper analyzes the current status of blood center cost accounting and management, puts forward the importance of strengthening blood center cost accounting and management, and emphatically introduces the promotion of employee cost awareness and cost control and management enthusiasm, Specific blood center costs and costs control the content and standards, the establishment of a complete and effective cost accounting system and management system of three solutions and the specific use.
