筛选16～65岁、体检指标正常的志愿者80名,进行临床体检合格后,分为对照组与试验组:对照组40名受试者不服用产品,试验组40名受试者按规定剂量服用海浪牌双叉奶。结果显示:39例受试者在服用海浪牌双叉奶期间,精神、睡眠、饮食均无明显改变,体检安全性指标也无明显改变;受试人群服用海浪牌双叉奶14d后,肠道内乳酸杆菌、拟杆菌、肠杆菌、肠球菌和产气荚膜梭菌数量与试食前相比无显著性差异;双歧杆菌数量试食后有明显增加,且试验组双歧杆菌数量显著高于对照组,差异有显著性。说明双叉奶对人体肠道内双歧杆菌具有增殖作用,具备调节人体肠道菌群功能。
Eighty-six volunteers aged 16-65 years with normal physical examination were enrolled in this study. Bifidus milk on human intestinal bifidobacteria have a proliferative effect, with regulation of human intestinal flora.
