1.营养要丰富新鲜蔬菜水果可适当多吃些。因为它们含有较多矿物质及维生素,对宝宝安度夏天很有益。比如,番茄、黄瓜、冬瓜、丝瓜、茄子、西瓜、石榴、桃等,都可适量食用。可将蔬菜水果自制成汁给较小的宝宝喝。蔬菜在烹调方法上尽量采用蒸、煮等方法,可最大限度保存食物的营养。牛奶、鸡蛋、瘦肉、鱼等优质蛋白要充足,还可适量食用豆浆、豆腐等豆制品,它们所含的植物蛋白较适合儿童的消化吸收。
