江上青烈士,江苏扬州人,观任中共中央总书记江泽民同志的叔父。他在学生时代就投身革命,先后在江苏、上海、安徽等地从事革命活动。1939年7月下旬,在开辟皖东北抗日根据地的斗争中不幸壮烈牺牲。江上青烈士既是一位出入于斗争第一线的无畏战士,又是一位以诗歌为“投枪”和“匕首”的诗人。早在学生时代,江上青就因积极参加学生运动而两次被捕入狱。两次入狱时都不超过20岁,两次被捕时间相距不到一年。第一次是在扬州上中学时,第二次是在上海读大学时。在狱中,他以诗歌为武器与国民党反动统治展开了不屈不挠的斗争。

He devoted himself to the revolution in his student days and successively worked in revolutionary activities in Jiangsu, Shanghai and Anhui. In late July 1939, he died in the fight to open up an anti-Japanese base in northeast Anhui province. The Young Martyr is not only a fearless warrior who has entered and leaves the front line of the struggle, but also a poet who uses poetry as a “gun” and a “dagger.” As early as the student days, Jiang was arrested and jailed twice for his active participation in student activities. Not more than 20 years old on both jailings and less than a year between arrests. The first time was in middle school in Yangzhou, the second time when I was in Shanghai. While in prison, he used his poetry as a weapon to wage an indomitable struggle against the Kuomintang reactionary rule.
