目的 :研究 EB病毒 BNL F- 1基因在淋巴瘤和急性白血病的表达及含量 ,分析 T、B细胞性淋巴瘤和急淋、急非淋 BNL F- 1基因表达的差异 ,探讨该基因表达及含量与淋巴瘤患者临床预后的关系。方法 :采用 Am-plisensor荧光定量 PCR技术 ,检测淋巴瘤和急性白血病患者血液或骨髓 EB病毒 BNL F- 1基因片段 ,同时用免疫酶法测定血清中 EB病毒 VCA- Ig A抗体滴度。结果 :(1)淋巴瘤 BNL F- 1基因表达的阳性率高于急淋、急非淋和对照组 ;急淋高于急非淋和对照组 ;急非淋与对照组比较无显著差异。 (2 )淋巴瘤 VCA- Ig A的阳性率高于急非淋和对照组 ;急淋高于对照组 ;急非淋与对照组无显著差异。 (3)淋巴瘤 BNL F- 1基因含量高于急淋、急非淋 ;急淋高于急非淋。 (4 ) T、B细胞性淋巴瘤 BNL F- 1基因表达阳性率及含量无显著差异。 (5 )淋巴瘤 BNL F- 1基因高表达是死亡相关因素之一 ,其含量越高 ,生存期越短。结论 :BNL F- 1基因可能是 EBV的致癌基因之一 ,对淋巴瘤和急淋发的发病起重要作用 ;BNL F- 1基因阳性率及含量的高低可作为淋巴瘤及急淋和急非淋的鉴别诊断依据之一 ;BNL F- 1基因高表达与恶性淋巴瘤的预后呈负相关关系。
Objective: To study the expression and content of EB virus BNL F-1 gene in lymphoma and acute leukemia, and to analyze the differences in expression of T lymphocytes, B lymphoblastic lymphoma, acute lymphocytic leukemia, and acute non-lymphocytic BNL F-1 gene. The relationship between the content and clinical prognosis of patients with lymphoma. Methods : The baculovirus BNL F-1 gene fragment was detected by Am-plisensor fluorescence quantitative PCR in the blood or bone marrow of lymphoma and acute leukemia patients. The serum EB virus VCA-Ig A antibody titer was measured by immunoenzymatic method. Results : (1) The positive rate of BNL F-1 gene expression in lymphoma was higher than that in acute leukemia, acute non-lymphoma and control group; acute lymph node was higher than that in acute non-lymphoma and control group; there was no significant difference between acute non-lymphoma and control group. (2) Lymphomas The positive rate of VCA-Ig A was higher than that of acute non-leaching and control groups; acute lymphage was higher than that of the control group; there was no significant difference between acute non-infusion and control groups. (3) Lymphoma The BNL F- 1 gene content was higher than that of acute and acute non-leaching; (4) There was no significant difference in the positive rate and content of BNL F-1 gene expression between T and B-cell lymphomas. (5) Lymphoma The high expression of BNL F-1 gene is one of the death related factors. The higher the content, the shorter the survival time. Conclusion: BNL F-1 gene may be one of the oncogenes of EBV and play an important role in the pathogenesis of lymphoma and acute lymphadenitis. The positive rate and content of BNL F-1 gene can be used as lymphoma and acute lymphocytic leukemia. One of the basis for the differential diagnosis of leukemia; BNL F-1 gene expression is negatively correlated with the prognosis of malignant lymphoma.
