农村文化礼堂是一个集思想道德建设、文体娱乐活动、知识技能普及于一体的农村文化综合体.乐清市在文化礼堂建设中以点带面抓示范、以虚促实抓成效、以奖代补抓投入,超额完成了省重点文化礼堂建设任务,这是全市上下培训指导、强化队伍、检查督促和合力推进的结果.
