随着我军建设由数量规模型、人力密集型向质量效能型、科技密集型的转变,对干部的素质提出了新的更高的要求,主要依靠军队自己培养干部已不能满足部队对高素质人才的需要了。为此,国务院、中央军委决定,建立依托普通高校教育培养军队干部的制度。这一战略举措,赋予了普通高等教育神圣的使命、崭新的任务和重大的责任。本文着重将近此年来我校如何立足于本校特色和优势,实施国防人才培养工程建设所采取的一些好方式和好方法作一简要论述,为国防生的培养提供一些基本思路。
With the transformation from quantity-scale type, manpower-intensive type to quality-oriented and science-technology-intensive, our army has set new and higher requirements on the quality of cadres. It has been impossible for the armed forces to rely on themselves to train cadres to meet the requirements of the armed forces for high quality Talent needs. To this end, the State Council and the Central Military Commission have decided to establish a system that relies on ordinary higher education to train military cadres. This strategic move has given the sacred mission, new task and great responsibility of ordinary higher education. This article focuses on how our university should base itself on the characteristics and advantages of our university this year and gives some brief comments on some good ways and methods we can take to implement the national defense personnel training project so as to provide some basic ideas for the training of national defense students.
