应用免疫组化LSAB法 ,比较二磷酸核苷激酶 (NDPK)在云锡矿工肺癌和富源农民肺癌中的表达 ,以阐明nm2 3蛋白的作用 .结果 :NDPK在云锡矿工和富源农民肺鳞癌中表达阳性率分别为 56 4 %( 2 2 /39)和 58 3% ( 7/12 ) (P >0 0 5,列联系数 0 112 1) ;肺腺癌中表达阳性率为 61 1% ( 11/18)和 84 2 %( 16/19) (P <0 0 5,列联系数 0 4 4 14) .在云锡矿工和富源农民肺癌无淋巴结转移组表达阳性率分别为66 6% ( 2 8/42 )和 78 2 ( 18/2 3) (P >0 0 5,列联系数 0 2 195) ;在富源农民肺癌有淋巴结转移组 ( 62 5% ,5/8)表达阳性率高于云锡矿工肺癌有淋巴结转移组 ( 33 3% ,5/15) ,且差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5,列联系数 0 4 70 2 ) .云锡矿工肺鳞癌无淋巴结转移者表达阳性率为 62 0 % ( 18/2 9) ,有淋巴结转移者为 4 0 0 %( 4 /10 ) ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5,列联系数 0 3665) .未发现NDPK的表达水平与云锡矿工肺腺癌、富源农民肺鳞癌和肺腺癌有或无淋巴结转移有相关关系 .也未发现其与富源农民肺癌临床病理分期和分化程度有相关关系 .结论 :NDPK参与云锡矿工肺鳞癌淋巴结转移过程的调节 ;未发现其在富源农民肺鳞癌和肺腺癌中的转移抑制作用 ;NDPK的作用可能与致瘤因素有关

NDPK expression levels with Yun Tin miners lung adenocarcinoma, Fuyuan farmer lung scales And lung adenocarcinoma with or without lymph node metastasis has also been found in Fuyuan farmer’s lung cancer clinical stage and the degree of differentiation has a correlation.Conclusion: NDPK involved in tin-manganese miners lung squamous cell carcinoma of the lymph node metastasis process was not found In Fuyuan farmers lung squamous cell carcinoma and lung adenocarcinoma metastasis inhibition; NDPK role may be related to tumorigenic factors
