目的采用动物实验探讨夹江石斛这一川产石斛新品种的多糖提取物对肠道菌群的调节功能。方法水提醇沉法提取夹江石斛多糖提取物(Dendrobium jiajiangensepolysaccharides,DJPs)。以生理盐水为对照,采用14天灌胃的方式分别给与BALB/c小鼠DJPs高(600 mg/kg·bw)、中(400 mg/kg·bw)、低(200 mg/kg·bw)三个干预剂量。采用传统培养法检测受试前后小鼠粪便双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、肠杆菌、肠球菌和产气荚膜梭菌数量变化。结果高剂量组与对照组相比,双歧杆菌和乳杆菌差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);中剂量组与对照组相比,乳杆菌差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),而肠球菌、肠杆菌以及产气荚膜梭菌各组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 DJPs具有调节肠道菌群的功效。
Objective To investigate the regulatory function of polysaccharides extracted from Dendrobium nobile, a new type of Dendrobium nobile, on the gut microbiota by animal experiments. Methods Dendrobium jiajiangensepolysaccharides (DJPs) were extracted by aqueous extraction and alcohol precipitation. The rats in BALB / c mice were given high dose of 600 mg / kg · bw (400 mg / kg · bw), low (200 mg / kg · bw) Three interventional dosages. Traditional culture method was used to detect the changes of the numbers of Bifidobacterium faecalis, Lactobacillus, Enterobacter, Enterococcus and Clostridium perfringens in mice before and after the test. Results Compared with the control group, Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus had statistical significance (P <0.01). Compared with the control group, Lactobacillus had statistical significance (P <0.01) in the high-dose group and the control group Enterococcus, Enterobacter and Clostridium perfringens between the groups showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion DJPs have the effect of regulating intestinal flora.
