过去的三年,煤销集团坚持立足地方经济,做实做大做强三大支柱产业,形成了“融入地方——聚合资源——发展自己”的独具特色的核心竞争力。尤其是始于2009年的煤炭资源整合,是煤销集团公司由行政收费转变为实体化经营的重要转型力和关键点。现代化的煤炭生产业是集团的基础产业、主体产业,做实了煤炭生产,就做实了集团的基础,就稳住了集团发展根基。“十二五”以来,山西煤炭运销集团提出了“1 2345”的发展思路和目标,坚持“办大矿、办安全高效矿、办现代化本质安全型矿”的办矿理念和坚持“系统合理——简单化,装备精良——现代化,管理严格——制度化,操作规范——标准化”的办矿原则,保持煤炭生产和效益强劲增长。
