探讨了微波煅烧仲钨酸铵制取三氧化钨的新工艺。实验结果表明 :经微波煅烧 4min ,仲钨酸铵的分解率为 96 .6 7% ,并通过正交实验得出微波煅烧的主要影响因素为物料重量 ,其次为煅烧时间和微波功率。在实验范围内的最佳条件为 :微波功率 6 5 0W ,煅烧时间 4min ,物料重量 10g。
A new process of preparing tungsten trioxide by microwave calcining ammonium paratungstate was discussed. The experimental results showed that the decomposition rate of ammonium paratungstate was 96.67% after microwave calcined for 4min, and the main influencing factors of microwave calcination were material weight, followed by calcination time and microwave power through orthogonal experiment. The optimum conditions in the experimental range: microwave power 650W, calcination time 4min, material weight 10g.
