混凝土二次振捣的研究是我所在安庆水泥路面试验中研究的课题,在工地试验中用此法可节约水泥15%左右,如以我省现有水泥路面的标准(路面宽9米,厚20厘米计),用此法后每公里就可节约水泥100吨左右。而且还能改善混凝土的其它性能。去年交通部在安庆召开全国水泥路面设计会议时,要求我所再进行深入的研究,以便进一步推广。从今年初开始我所共做了三十五种类型720个试件的混凝土试验,现已初步摸清了二次振捣的如下规律:(参看附图)
