将来对教师培训的评价主要不是看课程数量和活动内容是否满足学员的个体兴趣,而是看培训在多大程度上与学员知识的增加、行为的变化和工作的改进联系在一起,以及在多大程度上体现学校组织发展的需要。因此,学校组织发展是我们进行教师培训需求分析的重要基点。给出基于学校组织发展的分析框架和任务清单,以帮助学校更有针对性地设计教师培训的框架。
In the future, the evaluation of teacher training is mainly based not on whether the number of courses and the content of the activities satisfy individual trainee’s interests, but on the extent to which training is linked with the increase of trainees’ knowledge, behavior changes and work improvement, and to what extent On the school’s development needs. Therefore, the development of school organization is an important basis for our teacher training needs analysis. An analytical framework and a task list based on the development of the school organization are given to help schools design a more targeted framework for teacher training.
