本文以笔者从事“中国古代音乐史”教学与研究工作中的经历与感受为例,从“解除尴尬:为学科正名”、“关注文化:为学科纳新”两方面,对“中国古代音乐史”的学科建构问题进行了探讨。笔者认为学科建构首先是建构视野的问题,以往中国古代音乐史的追求视角会忽略若干“音乐自身”之外的“音乐文化”(如社会的、功能的、心理的等)的探求,而当下我们主张的“音乐文化视角”会大大开阔研究的视角,循此前行将期待写出名副其实的“与音乐相关的所有内容”即“音乐文化”的“历史”。
